Job Title: Pega Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pega Administrator to manage and support Pega environments in a fast-paced enterprise setting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega platform administration, production support, and a solid background in the insurance claims domain.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and maintain Pega environments across development, testing, and production

Manage deployments, releases, and environment configurations

Perform system performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting

Provide production support, including incident and problem management

Ensure system stability, availability, and adherence to SLAs

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for seamless integrations and issue resolution

Implement Pega best practices and governance standards

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience in Pega administration and support

Proven experience in the Claims domain (insurance preferred)

Expertise in managing Pega environments, deployments, and system maintenance

Solid understanding of performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting

Familiarity with case management, workflows, and system integrations

Good understanding of Pega architecture and industry best practices

Experience handling production support and incident management processes

Certifications (Mandatory)

PRPC (Pega Certified System Architect track)

CSA (Certified System Architect)

CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
