Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Service Cloud Consultant with strong implementation and customization expertise. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience and be capable of managing end-to-end Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation, customization, and support of Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC).
• Develop and manage Custom Scripts, Custom Processes (Event Handlers), workflows, and business rules.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs.
• Work with OSvC BUI and Agent Desktop for solution delivery.
• Manage email configurations and mailbox integration within OSvC.
• Customize Customer Portal using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Work with modules such as Knowledge Advanced, Guided Assist, and Case Routing.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience with Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC)
• Strong skills in PHP, .NET, JavaScript
• Good working knowledge of OSvC BUI and Agent Desktop
• Expertise in REST API integration
• Familiarity with email configurations in OSvC
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Solid understanding of OSvC modules like Knowledge Advanced, Guided Assist
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Oracle Service Cloud or related technologies
• Experience with additional OSvC modules or integrations
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
