• Develop custom BI / BIP reports in Oracle Fusion CX Sales & Service Cloud CRM using Groovy Script.
• Design and implement business logic for reporting requirements.
• Ensure efficient and accurate delivery of CRM reports tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expert in Oracle Fusion CX Sales & Service Cloud CRM BI / BIP Custom Report Development using Groovy Script

Desired / Secondary Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Incentive Compensation
