We are looking for highly skilled Odoo Certified Resources with strong Technical and/or Functional expertise to join our team. Candidates with hands-on experience in HR, Supply Chain, and Finance modules are encouraged to apply.

📌 Role Details

• Contract Duration: 6 months + extendable
• Experience: 5–10 years
• Location: Trivandrum (Work From Office) / Remote also acceptable
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
• Time Zone: African Time (11 AM – 7 PM)

🎓 Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (Supply Chain, Finance, HR)

📜 Required Certifications

• ERP-Specific Certifications: Odoo or equivalent
• Functional or Technical Certifications
• Industry Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL (added advantage)

🧩 Functional Consultant Skills

• Strong understanding of business processes — Finance, Procurement, HR
• Requirements gathering & process mapping
• User training and documentation

🛠️ Technical Consultant Skills

• Frontend/Backend Stack: HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Python
• Experience with the latest version of Odoo
• Data migration & integrations (APIs, Middleware)
• Report development & customization
