Job Title: Migration & Infrastructure Specialist (Remote) 

Experience: 8–10 Years 

Job Summary: 

We’re looking for a seasoned specialist to handle Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations—including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online—with strong Azure infrastructure experience. Proficiency with BitTitan or similar tools is essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead M365 migrations: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange. 

• Use BitTitan or equivalent tools for seamless data migration. 

• Manage Azure AD, hybrid identity, and conditional access. 

• Handle pre-migration assessments, issue resolution, and documentation. 

• Collaborate remotely with internal teams and clients. 

Requirements: 

• 8–10 years in IT infrastructure/cloud environments. 

• Strong expertise in M365, Azure, and migration tools. 

• Skilled in PowerShell and Azure AD management. 

• Excellent remote communication and troubleshooting skills. 

Preferred Certifications: 

Azure Administrator, M365 Enterprise Admin, or similar.
