Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Microsoft Dynamics practice, with a specific focus on Finance and Operations using Microsoft 365. This role involves setting strategic directions, developing robust solutions, and collaborating with key departments to enhance process efficiency and reporting capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform to enhance productivity.
• Knowledge of data integration, management solutions, and data governance.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to data management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of the Dynamics practice, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design, implement, and oversee robust data integration and management solutions that support Finance, Operations, and HR functions for our clients.
• Build and manage a team of Dynamics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and HR leaders to identify data needs, streamline processes, and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into strategy and features, following systems development and maintenance methodologies to implement modules for large global organizations.
• Solution the requirements based on user needs and configure/customize modules as necessary.
• Oversee the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 enhancements, including customizations, integrations, and data management.
• Set product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality systems and services.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to product end-users on Dynamics 365 best practices.
• Ensure the adoption of standardized processes across the company globally.
• Stay up-to-date with new Dynamics 365 features and capabilities, ensuring solutions utilize the latest technology.
• Utilize the Microsoft Power Platform to increase end-user productivity.
• Maintain oversight and ownership of D365 service providers.
• Implement best practices for data governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in data management, providing guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay current with advancements in the Microsoft Dynamics platform and lead the implementation of client projects.
