Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Java Developer / Senior Developer with strong backend or full-stack development expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java-based technologies, strong analytical and design skills, and a solid understanding of software development best practices. This role requires active participation in requirement analysis, development, implementation, and delivery of scalable applications with a strong focus on performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend or full-stack applications using Java and modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to perform requirement analysis and create technical documentation.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Participate in software implementation, coding, testing, and deployment processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
• Ensure application reliability through unit testing and quality assurance practices.
• Contribute to system design discussions with focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, SQL.
• Experience working with Spark.
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
• Proficiency in requirement analysis and technical documentation.
• Strong software design and architecture skills.
• Experience in software implementation and coding.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and practices.
