Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Administrator with strong expertise in enterprise network security, cloud platforms, and modern IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Security & Firewall Management

• Configure and manage Fortinet Firewall and wireless solutions
• Implement and maintain policies on Zscaler for secure internet and application access
• Monitor network traffic, detect anomalies, and respond to threats

2. Cloud & Identity Management

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Manage user identities, access, and security policies using Microsoft Entra ID
• Implement MFA, conditional access, and security compliance policies

3. Network Infrastructure Management

• Deploy and manage Cisco Meraki devices (switches, firewalls, access points)
• Monitor network performance and ensure uptime and reliability
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and connectivity issues

4. Zero Trust & Access Solutions

• Implement and manage secure access solutions like Openpath
• Support Zero Trust architecture initiatives and endpoint security controls

5. Implementation & Support

• Lead infrastructure deployment, upgrades, and migrations
• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and problem management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration

6. Monitoring & Documentation

• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
• Use monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Zscaler implementation and troubleshooting
• Fortinet Firewall and wireless solutions
• Cisco Meraki
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with security frameworks and Zero Trust architecture
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell preferred)
