Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack React & Fullstack React Native professional to join ALIQAN Technologies on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should possess 7 to 10 years of relevant experience and will contribute to our dynamic IT projects from Pune Division or Bangalore Urban. The role focuses on end-to-end development using advanced JavaScript technologies and modern software best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience working with fullstack development, involving complex web and mobile applications from concept through deployment and maintenance.
• In-depth expertise with Node.js (Mandatory skill), enabling the development of scalable back-end services and real-time APIs.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (Mandatory skill), including database schema design, optimization, and handling large data sets efficiently.
• Extensive proficiency in React (Mandatory skill), building reusable UI components, and maintaining robust frontend architectures for web applications.
• Solid experience building mobile applications with React Native, ensuring performance optimization and native capabilities integration.
• Strong understanding of Redux for managing state in complex React and React Native applications, fostering scalable and maintainable codebases.
• Expertise in designing and consuming REST APIs, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems across various platforms.
• Proficient in JavaScript, with a deep understanding of core concepts, async programming, ES6+ features, and associated tooling for frontend and backend development.
• Track record of delivering projects using Agile methodologies, including participating in sprints, code reviews, and iterative development cycles for timely delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of scalable fullstack solutions using React, React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to ensure effective integration and intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and backend services to support dynamic application requirements and integrations.
• Oversee code reviews, enforce development best practices, and support team members in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending process enhancements to improve system performance.
• Ensure technical solutions adhere to industry standards for security, scalability, and maintainability across distributed environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, accurately estimate tasks, and proactively communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders.
• Document system architecture, workflows, and development guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and long-term project maintainability.
