About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer to enhance and scale an internal enterprise application. The backend is built in Golang with a React-based frontend, integrated with enterprise systems like ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. You will work independently with periodic sync-ups and code reviews with our Swedish engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Golang-based backend services (REST APIs, microservices, data workflows).
• Build and enhance React frontends with reusable, responsive components.
• Implement and maintain API integrations (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, internal databases).
• Work on Docker & Kubernetes for containerization, deployments, and day-to-day operations.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize workloads using ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable, high-quality product releases.
• Contribute to improving platform architecture and automation pipelines.

Must-Have Skills

• BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of strong engineering experience (Fullstack/Backend).
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang (REST APIs, integrations, microservices).
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern FE tools (Vite, Webpack).
• Strong experience with Docker & Kubernetes (daily usage expected).
• Experience with Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions preferred).
• Good understanding of GitHub Actions & CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.

Good to Have

• Experience with enterprise integration patterns
• Familiarity with cloud-native development and observability practices
• Prior work experience in global, distributed teams
