Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Market Intelligence Analyst with 5+ years of experience in digital analytics and marketing intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building data-driven insights, identifying tracking gaps, and delivering impactful analytics solutions to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain data products and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Utilize analytics and visualization tools such as:
• Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• Azure Databricks
• SQL
• Power BI
• Own and manage key business datasets, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• Identify tracking gaps and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve them
• Recommend improvements for data collection and instrumentation strategies
• Integrate external data sources to enhance digital analytics capabilities
• Deliver recurring reports and handle ad hoc analytical requests within tight timelines
• Lead end-to-end analytical projects with long-term business impact
• Stay updated with emerging digital analytics tools and methodologies and promote continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, marketing, and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience :

✅Expertise in Web Analytics tools (especially Adobe Customer Journey Analytics)

✅Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Databricks, and Power BI

✅Working knowledge of B2B lead management, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Eloqua)

✅Experience in large global companies
