Job Title: Customer Support Associate US Process (Voice)


Location: Bangalore (Work From Office – Mandatory)

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours: 5 PM IST – 7 AM IST, rotational)

 About the Role

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our US Contact Center Operations team. The role involves interacting with US-based candidates/customers through inbound and outbound calls, providing support, screening candidates (as applicable), and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Make inbound & outbound calls to US-based candidates/customers.
  • Conduct screening calls for client hiring requirements and record outcomes in internal tools.
  • Deliver excellent conversation flow with strong introductory & closing statements.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism on every call.
  • Ensure compliance with contact center standards, policies, and scripts.
  • Manage rotational weekly shifts (Mon–Fri / Tue–Sat / Wed–Sun).
  • Maintain updated call logs and documentation.


 Mandatory Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills – clear, confident, and fluent.
  • International US calling experience (for candidates with 1+ year experience).
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US shift).
  • Work From Office in Bangalore – NO remote option.
  • PF history must be present in the last two organizations (for experienced candidates).
  • Strong and confident call opening and closing skills.


 Eligibility

  • Graduates (Freshers): Eligible
  • Undergraduates (12th pass): Considered for candidates with 1+ year experience
  • Immediate joiners only


Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to US contact center processes
  • Previous experience in customer support / contact center operations
  • Voice process experience


 Additional Information

  • Rotational shifts and weekends (depending on work week: Mon–Fri / Tue–Sat / Wed–Sun)
  • Two-way cab facility provided within radius
  • Candidates must be Bangalore-based and ready to work from office
  • Must maintain strong customer service etiquette at all times
