We are hiring a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support patients, doctors, pharmacies, and clinical teams in the US Healthcare domain. You will ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, and exceptional service delivery.
๐งฉ Key Responsibilities
โ๏ธ Handle inbound & outbound calls related to prescriptions and healthcare services
โ๏ธ Collect, verify, and update patient insurance & pharmacy details
โ๏ธ Create follow-up tasks to ensure proper patient communication
โ๏ธ Connect patients with pharmacists or clinicians for counseling
โ๏ธ Escalate cases to insurance verification or clinical departments when needed
โ๏ธ Schedule, cancel, or reschedule appointments as per facility guidelines
โ๏ธ Respond to all queries using professional English, following HIPAA compliance
โจ Skills & Qualifications
โข Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
โข Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills
โข Empathy, patience, and ability to handle sensitive conversations
โข Adaptability to changing tools and processes
โข 1+ year experience in customer support/call center (US healthcare preferred)
โข Must be based in Mumbai
โข Comfortable with night shifts
