π About the Role
We are hiring a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support patients, doctors, pharmacies, and clinical teams in the US Healthcare domain. You will ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, and exceptional service delivery.
π§© Key Responsibilities
βοΈ Handle inbound & outbound calls related to prescriptions and healthcare services
βοΈ Collect, verify, and update patient insurance & pharmacy details
βοΈ Create follow-up tasks to ensure proper patient communication
βοΈ Connect patients with pharmacists or clinicians for counseling
βοΈ Escalate cases to insurance verification or clinical departments when needed
βοΈ Schedule, cancel, or reschedule appointments as per facility guidelines
βοΈ Respond to all queries using professional English, following HIPAA compliance
β¨ Skills & Qualifications
β’ Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
β’ Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills
β’ Empathy, patience, and ability to handle sensitive conversations
β’ Adaptability to changing tools and processes
β’ 1+ year experience in customer support/call center (US healthcare preferred)
β’ Must be based in Mumbai
β’ Comfortable with night shifts
