Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business/Functional Analyst with expertise in IFS Cloud ERP systems. This role involves assessing, configuring, and optimizing ERP modules across Finance, Human Capital Management, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Service Management, and Asset Management. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate current configurations, and propose scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IFS Cloud ERP.
• Assess existing configurations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design scalable solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Write detailed functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Coordinate and perform testing of new configurations and integrations.
• Train and support end-users in utilizing the IFS Cloud ERP system.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business/Functional Analyst with IFS Cloud ERP systems.
• IFS Cloud Practitioner certification in relevant modules.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing IFS Cloud ERP modules.
• Strong understanding of ERP integration principles.
• Experience with reporting tools and data analysis in IFS Cloud.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for ERP systems and processes.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
