Work Shift: UK Shift – 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Adaptive Insights Developer with a strong technical background and deep understanding of financial planning systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, supporting, and enhancing Adaptive Insights (AI) models, integrations, and reporting for a global finance operations team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain Adaptive Insights components and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Pentaho scripts and troubleshoot any issues proactively.
• Provide production support for integrations from Adaptive Insights to other Finance & HR systems.
• Work independently with onsite counterparts to develop, test, and demonstrate technical solutions.
• Consult with clients on budgeting, forecasting, and planning best practices.
• Analyze financial models (spreadsheet and non-spreadsheet-based) and generate insights.
• Document and transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Coordinate with product vendor (Workday) for support, enhancements, or issue resolution.
• Participate in incident and service request resolution, including root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Identify and implement enhancements or process improvements in the Adaptive Insights ecosystem.
• Guide users on effective utilization of models and tools, ensuring performance and usability.
• Communicate status updates, issues, and risks clearly to the management team.

Mandatory Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Adaptive Insights
• Familiarity with Pentaho integration scripts and Adaptive Insights setup/configuration
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning systems
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with global teams

Desirable Skills:

• Background in Finance domain (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player
