Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2–3 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
• Administer employee benefits, attendance, and leave management.
• Support performance management processes and coordinate appraisal cycles.
• Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure organizational compliance with labor laws.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism).
• Participate in audits and ensure documentation is in place.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
