Java Apache Camel Developer for funded fast growing start-up in a full time position

We are hiring multiple Java Developers with expertise in Apache Camel for mission-critical FinTech projects. These roles require candidates to be strictly based in Mumbai.

Open Positions:

Java Lead (9+ years) – 1 opening | Budget: 30-40 LPA

Strong leadership skills to manage teams and projects

Expertise in Java, Apache Camel, and Spring Framework o Experience in banking/financial projects

Must be a problem solver, technically sound, and a born leader

This role requires individuals who can ensure quality, handle complex financial projects, and collaborate effectively within a team

Senior Java Developer (6+ years) – 3 openings

Hands-on experience in Java, Apache Camel (2 - 4 years), and Spring Framework

Strong focus on unit and integration testing

Experience in high-performance FinTech applications

Junior Java Developer (3+ years) – 3 openings

Solid Java development experience o Exposure to Apache Camel and Spring Framework is preferred.

Key Responsibilities for all positions:

Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.

Design, implement, and optimize workflows and integrations using Apache Camel and Spring

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.

Write and maintain comprehensive unit test cases and integration test cases to ensure application reliability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications for all positions:

3-9 years of professional experience in Java development

2-4 years of hands-on experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring JPA, etc.).

2-4 years of experience with Apache Camel, including route design and integration patterns.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.

Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MongoDB).

Proficiency with version control systems like Git.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A proactive attitude with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
