The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. 

 Industry: Civil/Interior Design

Location:BSK 1st Stage, Bangalore

Business Development Strategy/Roles of the BDM:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the company.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets.
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify potential growth areas.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the company's revenue and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and forecast sales revenue accurately.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure the best possible outcome for the company.

Client Management:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Understand clients' needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Resolve any issues that arise and ensure that clients receive prompt and effective solutions.

Team Management:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing support and guidance as required.
  • Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ensure that team members are adequately trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Marketing and Branding:

  • Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to increase the company's visibility and reputation.
  • Develop and maintain the company's website and social media presence.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials and communication are consistent with the company's branding guidelines.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for senior management.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Use data and insights to inform business development strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹35,000.00 per month
