Job Overview


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Control Sales professional to join our team at Alacer Consulting Services Private Limited. As a Quality Control Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations. This role requires someone with a strong background in quality assurance, quality management, and sales, specifically in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, and sales in the jewellery industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and techniques
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulations in the jewellery industry
  • Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
  • Proficient in using quality management tools and software
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute quality control plans to ensure the highest standards of quality
  • Implement quality management systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Perform regular audits to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the jewellery industry and market trends
  • Provide technical support and training to sales team on quality control processes
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve any quality-related issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations
  • Conduct periodic quality meetings to review performance and identify areas for improvement
