Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in operating telephone systems and office equipment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Answer phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages as needed
  • Provide accurate information about the company and its services to clients and visitors
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team members
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and events, including booking conference rooms and arranging for refreshments
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Assist in general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
