Job description :-Attending incoming calls, E-mails, and WhatsApp Identify and assess customers' needs

to achieve satisfaction.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer details through open and
  • interactive communication.
  • Update all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries,
  • complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of issues and Good
  • communication and Ability to multi-task.
  • Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer's requirements
  • and suggesting the right product. If required the will work with the internal
  • management to meet customer satisfaction.

Fulfillment and target.

  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
  • follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments
  • for further investigation.
  • Need to achieve individual AHT, login hours, production hours, and quality score targets on monthly
  • basis.
  • Need to be on regular follow-up calls with customers for the complaints up to customer satisfaction.
  • Planning
  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams • Explain to customers about new products and benefits and build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses. • Report on Target Vs Achievement for the previous month or week and the status of action items from weekly/monthly reviews • Plan for the current month with suggestions and guidelines from the team lead.
