Job Role: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 6 months-4 years

Location: Vadodara(on-site)

Timings: Mon to Fri

US Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST

Roles and Responsibilities

Role : Bench Sales recruiter : { 6 months- 4 years’ Experience }

Need good communication skills.

Good experience in handling Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e.,

sourcing requirements from Prime Vendors, Direct/Implementation Clients etc.

Experience working with OPT/H1B/EAD's/GC/US Citizens/TN Visa work Authorization Consultants.

To submit the Bench Consultants.

Negotiating the best rates, following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants.

Regular interaction and Follow-up with bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.

Strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.

Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, CareerBuilder and etc.
