Job Description:

 

 Responsibilities:

Looking for - Ahmedabad, Bharuch and Vadodara.

1.   Responsible for trade sales of cement, steel and steel Structure products.

2.   Good knowledge of steel products.

3.   Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target.

4.   Knowledge of sales operation also.

5.   Belong to steel industry.

6.   Studying the technical requirement details of client and filling the details in Excel on time to enter the enquiry into the system.

7.   To Study and to understand the requirement of client w.r.t specification.

8.   To process enquiry through Quotation preparation in Excel sheet in estimation.

9.   To analyse estimate, proposal w.r.t client requirement, specs.

10. To prepare techno commercial offer.

11. To act as a consultant to customer for an optimum solution by utilizing a consultative sales approach.

12. To Present, promote and sell our products to existing and prospective customers

13. To Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

14. To Establish, develop and maintain company beneficial business relationships

15. To Meet potential leads and present our Products during events/ conferences/ exhibitions.

16. To Process Project Details and share job/Buyer’s Requirement documents to Vadodara Office Team.

17. To monitor the job stages based on agreed time line.

18. To complete approval activity, to collect payment based on agreed time line.

19. To interact with client, Order Management Department, requirements from buyers for day to day activities, Queries, confirmations w.r.t Agreed time lines.

20. To hand over the project and to close Akriti Sales Corporation account commercially and technically with Delivery/Completion letter.

21. To generate new enquiries.

22. To create Brand awareness.

23. To cover assign territory.

24. To develop new opportunities.

Skills:

1.   Minimum 5-8 years of Sales experience in a similar Industry/ environment. (i.e. - Paint, Cement, Steel, Pipes, Precast Drain, Building Material).

2.   Preferable Industrial Sales experience in Cement/Steel Distributor, Stockiest, Supplier, Constriction Material field B2B.

3.   Highly motivated and target driven with excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

4.   Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to ensure future sales.

Qualifications:

1.   Any Graduate, MBA- Sales & Marketing, Post-Graduation in Marketing.  

2.   5+ years of Sales experience, Preferable in Constriction field B2B.

3.   Customer Service Orientation, Strong negotiation & communication skills, People Management, Project Management Experience.

4.   Industrial Sales Experience, Direct B2B Sales, Construction Product Knowledge.

5.   Ability to travel in order to do business.
