Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Define project scope and document business requirements.
• Design technical specifications, using best practices and minimizing the need for custom coding.
• Provide internal CRM consulting, analyze data and processes to improve the business process to driving growth.
• Create solutions on our ZOHO platform to meet the internal customer requirements.
• Automate processes using ZOHO automation tools.
• Create test scenarios and do solution testing.
• Functional and technical CRM support as well as troubleshooting of (integration) issues.
• Support the set-up of integrations to existing business systems.
• Project management and project documentation.
• Prepare Customised Management Reporting Dashboard
