IT - Executive (L1 - Engineer)

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Able to handle & resolve all computer (desktop/laptop)/IT Hardware related issues Independently.

2.      Good Knowledge with sufficient experience in identifying & fixing server & network related bugs/issues and resolve in a time bound manner.

3.      Able to handle configuration of network printers and sharing and ensure their effective maintenance.

4.      Knowledge of maintaining CCTV camera and all other devices related to ITL security,

5.      Should be able to handle networks related issues independently.

6.      Responsible to maintain IT Inventory assets and provide related MIS at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

1.      Must have 3 years of experience in relevant field

2.      B.Tech. with Diploma in IT Hardware & Networking Certifications.

3.      Microsoft Certifications MCP, MCSE will be an added advantage
