Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Shopify-based online stores


  • Handle support queries via email, chat, or calls (Zoho CRM)


  • Guide clients through Shopify setup, plugin integration, and backend navigation


  • Identify common bugs or client roadblocks and escalate appropriately


  • Collaborate with the development and product teams to resolve deeper tech issues


  • Document FAQs, resolution guides, and maintain internal knowledge bases


  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of tickets


 Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Support.


  • Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Shopify Apps, Shopify admin panel, themes, plugins, etc.


  • Familiar with tools like Zoho CRM.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Analytical mindset and ability to work independently
