Position / Role: Manager-MIS in Automobile Company for Kolkata Location

Job Location: Kolkata (Rajarhat, New Town)

CTC: up to INR 04 LPA (Negotiable)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Min 08-10 years of experience in MIS profile

Age: 40 years (Max), Male

Position: MIS Manager

Report to Director

COMPANY DETAILS:

The company is working out of 08 locations presently (all in Kolkata & nearby areas). The company is the largest distributor of Hyundai India, in Eastern India, with 05 showrooms and 03 large service centres, all in Kolkata. There are more than 600 employees working under the direct payroll of the company

NEED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Min. 08-10 years experience in MIS
• 05+ years experience supervising employees
• Detailed knowledge of computers, IT systems and Advance Excel
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Leadership and communication skills

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Updating Data Tracker and MIS Dashboard on a daily basis
• Oversee the availability and security of company computer systems
• Measure computer system performance and upgrade systems as necessary
• Recommend system-wise changes when appropriate
• Provide regular reports to senior management
• Stock reconciliation on a daily basis
• Every Month end check branch reporting with the branch database extract data in Excel
• Publish daily and monthly site reporting using Advance Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, Sumif, If error, Pivot Table, Chart, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation etc.).
• Looks after the security and availability of data services and measures the performance of computing systems and installs upgrades whenever necessary.
• Preparing Site Reporting (Like- Daily Sales Target vs. Achievement, Productivity, Different Sales Initiative Tracker, Collection vs. AR Reports)
• Maintain attendance sheet & Conveyance on Sales Team
