Reports to : Vice President Operations Responsible for : Providing Customer Service in English Language KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency  Handle queries and complaints of the Amazon related to products   Numerical Ability, High level of accuracy  Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals that understand the impact of great customer service Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently    Maintains composure and patience with customers MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Education qualifications – HSC/Any Graduate 2. Good knowledge of computer (typing speed 20 words per minute, accuracy at least 85%) 3. Excellent interpersonal skills 4. Should not be below 18 years of age 5. Flexible to work in rotational shifts, according to business needs 6. Excellent verbal, written and listening skills 7. Should have good command over Grammar and Fluency in English 8. Should not have any MTI while conversing 9. Details of several functions to provide quality service 10. Good knowledge of computers 11.
