They work what is called a Pitman Schedule 2 on 2 off 3 on schedule.

The Manufacturing / Process Engineer is responsible for development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Work Instructions (SWI), identifying and implementing improvement projects, conducting root cause analysis for production and maintenance issues, and collaborating with the operations team on program deliverables. Additionally, you will be involved in equipment evaluation, compliance with standards and legislation, and mentoring and training newer team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Work Instructions (SWI). 
• Support Plant Equipment Install / Debug / Launch / Continuous Improvement. 
• PFMEAs Review / Simulation Review / Control Plans / Launch Deliverables. 
• Automation troubleshooting, new equipment installation and modifications. 
• Hands-on root cause analysis on production, engineering, equipment, and maintenance issues

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors in STEM related field 
• Experience: 2+ Years of Experience 
• Technical Skills: Equipment Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting. PLC Troubleshooting.
