Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

- Proven track record of closing positions with clients and achieving recruitment targets

- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, industry trends, and best practices

- Experience with recruitment software and tools
