New business sourcing through DSAs & cross selling third party products


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

 Business to be sourced from the DSA/DST

 Location Business volumes- Logins / sanctions

disbursement

 Team recruitment & retention

 Soft collection

 Team Management

 Appointment of channel partners/ DST

 Coordination with credit/Legal/technical

agencies for smooth functioning

 Team Productivity

 Responsible for third party product penetration


Core competencies, knowledge and

experience :

 Graduate/Post Graduate

 Exp: 5-8 years

 Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.

 Very good listening skills and verbal

communication

 Location volumes & profitability


Key performance indicators :

 Login and Disbursement budgets

 Productivity & Origination quality norms

 Insurance cross sell & file docket quality norms
