Job Description:-

  • The engineer will be working on Tickets raised by the customer on various products and would be updating the customer regularly on the progress of the issues raised and should close the raised issues as per the SLA of the Tickets and coordinate with respective OEMs towards the resolution.
  • Helping L1 engineers to troubleshoot and fix the issues.


Suitable Candidate:-


  • Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Experience working on Avaya Products like CM, SM, SMGR, AES, CMS, SBC, and IPO.
  • Candidate should be ready to work in a 24/7 environment and can Handle Escalations.


Good to have :-

  • Working experience in CISCO/Data Networking.
