As the Operations Compliance and Audit Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the entire process from 	 lien to auction process is 100% compliant and that there are zero wrongful sales. You will meticulously check the 	 work performed by yourself and your teammates. You will be responsible for ensuring all digital notifications and 	 letters are sent out and located within our software on time and accurately. Regular functions include document 	 management and auditing for each of the liens in the software. Each of our clients have their own auction 	 schedule, and ability to stay organized and juggle multiple schedules is key. You will be working closely with 	 Operations Compliance and Audit Manager to ensure open lines of communication about any potential roadblocks 	 as well as successes happens frequently, proactively, and routinely. This role requires the ability to adhere to 	 immovable deadlines and expert project management skills so if you are someone that has never missed a due 	 date and tackles assignments as soon as they’re created, this role may be for you. 	 Roles and Responsibilities: 	 	  	 	 Ensure all documentation is compliant and stored in the right location in our document management 	 system, in our software 	 Ensure the reconciliation tracker is dated at every audit 	 	  	   Complete an audit Checklist after every batch acknowledging every single lien was reviewed and is 	 	 accurate and compliant 	 	   Commit to a regular auditing schedule at every stage to ensure compliancy 	  	 	 Perform final audit of all information for tenants scheduled for given auction cycle using our Audit 	 Checklist 	 Ensure issues and risks are reported immediately to the Operations Compliance and Audit Manager 	 	  	 	  	 Skills and Requirements: 	 	   Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree from a 4‐year accredited institution or equivalent 	 	 work experience 	 Expertise in Project & multi‐task Management, ability to handle a variety of clients, 	 Experience in Delinquent Tenant Management and Self‐Storage Industry is a plus 	 Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills 	 Extreme attention to detail and a natural intuition for noticing errors 	 Strong verbal and written communication skills
