Responsibilities

• Assist in the development design and implementation of technical support systems in a way to provide user friendly projects.
• The engineer will require attending upon the trouble shooting problems encountered by giving apt solutions.
• Keep on reinventing strategies and ideas to come up with systems, which ensure speedy performance of the employees in favor of the company concerned.
• May have to provide services in a 24*7 environment to supervise over the troubleshooting problems encountered at any instance of the day.
• Work and monitor the local backup and recovery process on daily basis.
• Suggest ways to provide different configurations in the software to optimize cost benefit ratio in favor of the organization.
• Assist in the developing standards,guidelines procedures for network support.
• Assist in preparation of project plans to track progress to assure the objectives within the feasibility limits and thereby track progress to ensure that the objectives are met.
