We are looking for an experienced TIBCO EBX Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on TIBCO EBX Master Data Management (MDM). The trainer will be responsible for designing course materials, conducting hands-on training, and helping participants gain expertise in configuring and using TIBCO EBX for effective data governance and management.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver training programs on TIBCO EBX (MDM) for corporate teams, IT professionals, and business users.

Provide hands-on sessions covering data modeling, data governance, workflows, security, and integration within EBX.

Explain key concepts such as hierarchical data modeling, data validation rules, data stewardship, and role-based access control.

Guide trainees through real-world use cases and practical exercises to enhance their understanding.

Develop training materials, including presentations, tutorials, manuals, and lab exercises.

Assess participants' understanding through quizzes, tests, and project assignments.

Provide post-training support and mentorship to help trainees apply EBX in their real-world projects.

Stay updated with the latest EBX features and best practices and update training content accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in TIBCO EBX (MDM) implementation, administration, or consulting.

Hands-on expertise in data modeling, workflows, data governance, and integration within EBX.

Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, Java, REST APIs, and integration frameworks.

Experience in conducting corporate or professional training sessions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor content for different audiences.

TIBCO EBX certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in training IT teams, data engineers, and business users.

Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and best practices.

Prior experience with other MDM solutions (Informatica, SAP MDG, etc.) is a plus
