We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce developer with 4+ years of experience, who is an expert in FSL (Field Service Lightning), especially in ESO (Enhanced scheduling andoptimization).

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform.

• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce ESO

• Strong knowledge of:

I. Scheduling Policies

II. Work Rules (time windows, skill matching)

III. Objectives (minimize travel, maximize SLA compliance)

IV. Service Territories, Operating Hours, and Resource Skills

• Experience with real-time, batch, and event-based optimization strategies

• Familiarity with Resource Absences, Capacity Planning, and Re-optimization scenarios

• Experience supporting ESO for mobile field users through the Salesforce Field Service

Mobile App

• Ability to simulate and test scheduling behaviors for various real-world field service

scenarios

• Good knowledge on Sales cloud and Service cloud

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to field operations and resource

management

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
