Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Non-IT) to drive sales and expand our client base in non-IT sectors such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, healthcare, and more. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, market research, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare business proposals and sales presentations
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of BDM experience in non-IT domains
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and client handling
