AGI Academy is a leading institute dedicated to professional education and skill development. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Academic Counsellor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Student and Parent Advising: Conduct structured counseling sessions to understand students' learning needs and advise them and their parents accordingly.
• Appointment Management: Schedule and conduct demo sessions daily, including follow-up sessions to ensure engagement and interest.
• Brand Promotion: Explain the AGI Academy brand and create a compelling need for skill development, encouraging enrollment in our courses.
• Sales and Negotiation: Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Course Knowledge: Continuously upgrade and maintain in-depth knowledge of our courses to provide accurate and persuasive information.
• Consumer Understanding: Possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior, particularly students and parents, to tailor your counseling approach effectively.
• Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in all interactions with clients.
• Leadership: Exhibit leadership qualities to inspire trust and confidence in students and parents.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular follow-up and support.
• Call Management: Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries, explaining course details and benefits.

Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Customer Service: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
