Job Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Human Resources Generalist to join our team at DDRC Agilus Diagnostics, Ernakulam. As an HR Generalist, you will ensure efficient HR operations, handle employee relations, compliance, and manage performance appraisals, among other responsibilities. Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven expertise in payroll management to ensure accurate and timely salary processing (Mandatory skill).
- Solid understanding of attendance management procedures to maintain accurate employee records.
- Familiarity with statutory compliances to ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with joining formalities to smoothly onboard new employees into the organization.
- Knowledge of exit formalities to facilitate a smooth offboarding process for departing employees.
- Competence in performance appraisal processes to support employee development and organizational growth.
- Strong people skills to foster positive employee relations and address workplace concerns effectively.
- Knowledge of labor law compliance to ensure all HR practices are legally sound and followed properly.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire payroll process ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement to all employees.
- Handle attendance records, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage leave queries efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and other labor laws in daily operations.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes by managing joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage exit formalities for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes, assist in setting measurable objectives and evaluating employees.
- Maintain good employee relations by addressing grievances and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated with current labor laws and ensure all HR operations are in compliance with legal standards.
