Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Naukri, TImes), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
  • Screening & Shortlisting profiles.
  • Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites like Linkedin, Google Groups etc.
  • Standardizing and maintaining the database.
  • Schedule interviews/selection process for candidates.
  • Coordinate with the panelists & line up interviews.
  • Assisting in policy & process formulation & implementation.
  • Designing and implementing employee engagement activities.
  • Conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Preparing recruitment reports
  • Handle cross functional work areas
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
  • Must be a results-oriented self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.
