Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Naukri, TImes), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Screening & Shortlisting profiles.
- Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites like Linkedin, Google Groups etc.
- Standardizing and maintaining the database.
- Schedule interviews/selection process for candidates.
- Coordinate with the panelists & line up interviews.
- Assisting in policy & process formulation & implementation.
- Designing and implementing employee engagement activities.
- Conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
- Preparing recruitment reports
- Handle cross functional work areas
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Must be a results-oriented self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.
