Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join TLT Engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing and importing raw materials, pipe fittings, electrical items, and instrumentation components. This role requires strong expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and logistics, along with a deep understanding of engineering specifications and taxation. The Procurement Manager will play a critical role in ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Raw Material Procurement:

o

Oversee the procurement of raw materials, including plates, pipes, and structural steel of various grades.

o

Ensure compliance with ASME Code and other relevant standards.

2.

Sourcing and Import Management:

o

Source materials from Indian suppliers and manage the import process, including documentation and customs procedures.

o

Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and handle any issues that may arise during shipping.

3.

Pipe Fittings and Accessories:

o

Procure and manage the supply of pipe fittings, flanges, gaskets, fasteners, and gratings as per project requirements.

o

Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

4.

Electrical and Instrumentation Procurement:

o

Source and purchase electrical items such as cables, glands, and control panels.

o

Procure instruments including transmitters, temperature, flow, and pressure measuring devices.
