Branch HeadGENERAL ROLE Branch Head is responsible for all activities done in the branch under him. His/ Her Role includes managing business &amp; personal activities of the branch. Motivating the staffs for achieving targets is his/her key activity. Branch head reports directly to the Regional Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ·&nbsp;Marketing &amp; Business Development activities o Customer Acquisition &amp; Retention. o Targeting HNI and Corporate clients for the branch. o Competitors Analysis. o Daily morning meetings and discussions with staff. o Review of Performance based on various parameters i.e. Monthly review - Revenue per employee, branch profitability, etc. and Weekly review-volumes, brokerage, client registrations, etc. (Equity, Commodity, &amp; Distribution). o Organizing weekly Investor meets to increase client base. ·&nbsp;HR Activities for Branch o Monthly training programs for staffs (Product related/ Communication Skills/Day-to-day Operations/Risk Management &amp; Compliance) for improving caliber. o Organizing staff happiness activities like quiz, games, etc for motivating branch staff. o Communicating to employees about the important matters concerning the Company and its Policies. o Maintaining discipline in the Branch and ensuring compliance. o Attend to employee grievances and maintain team spirit and camaraderie in the Branch. ·&nbsp;Branch Operations o Monitoring branch activities like pay in/payouts/customer grievance, etc. on daily basis. o Risk Management of trade errors, debtors, etc. o Reporting of branch activities to Regional Manager from time to time. Dealer / Trade Advisors – These are individuals who are experienced in the stock markets and have requisite skills for acquiring big ticket clients and advise them on their decisions on the stock market &amp; execute client trade on the terminal (Acquisition &amp; Dealing).&nbsp; Dealers ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Person should be NISM certified, Graduate and must have experience trading on the terminal. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We can consider candidates with Non NISM certified and willing to do NISM before joining. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Undergraduate candidates will also do but only with good Dealer experience. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The candidate should have client base and willing to do trading along with Dmat account opening too. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;CTC 3 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs<ul><li> </li></ul>
