MDM Reltio: JD 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Reltio MDM Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Reltio MDM 

Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) 

platform to meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, 

and customize Reltio MDM solutions, ensuring high-quality and efficient data management processes. This is

Responsibilities: 

∙Develop and maintain the Reltio MDM platform, ensuring it meets the specific requirements of each 

client project. 

∙Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand data management needs, 

and translate them into technical requirements. 

∙Design and implement data models, workflows, data quality rules, and data integration processes 

within the Reltio MDM platform. 

∙Customize Reltio MDM configuration and functionalities to meet client-specific data management and 

governance requirements. 

∙Integrate Reltio MDM with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and data warehouses,  

ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. 

∙Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and data profiling activities to ensure data accuracy, 

completeness, and integrity. 

∙Develop and execute data migration plans, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to Reltio 

MDM. 

∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to deliver 

high-quality and timely solutions. 

∙Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to enhance the scalability and efficiency of the Reltio MDM platform 

∙Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Reltio MDM 

technology, and provide recommendations for process improvement and innovation. 

Requirements 

Qualifications: 

1. ∙Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
2. ∙Minimum of 5 years of experience in Reltio MDM development and implementation. 
3. ∙Strong proficiency in Reltio MDM platform configuration, customization, and administration. 
4. ∙Extensive knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data quality concepts. 
5. ∙Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. 
6. ∙Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration frameworks. 
7. ∙Familiarity with database technologies, such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MongoDB. 
8. ∙Solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices. 
9. ∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 
10. ∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-
11. functional teams. 
12. ∙Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and
