Telecaller Duties:
Inbound Calls:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Provide information and assistance to callers as needed.
Outbound Calls:
Make outgoing calls to clients and prospects to convey information or schedule appointments.
Follow up with clients on inquiries and appointments.
Maintain Call Records:
Keep accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or telecaller.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using office equipment, including telephones and computer systems.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
Pleasant and professional demeanor.
Dispatcher
- Document dispatchers deal with a large volume of documents daily. Therefore, strong organizational skills are essential to categorize, prioritize, and manage incoming and outgoing documents efficiently.
- Ability to create and maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents when needed.
- Prioritization skills to handle urgent documents promptly while managing regular tasks effectively.
