Experience: 3years – 5years

Telesales Representative Responsibilities:

Telecalling - 80% Client Coordination Lead Generation  Making quotations & agreements  MIS reporting on weekly basis

·        Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

·        Maximum number of appointments must be created to increase the Sales.

• Converting leads into positive prospects.

·        Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

·        Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.

·        Gathering and documenting customer information

·        Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of Services

·        Answering customers' questions on the Services.

·        Social media Marketing

·        Generating 10 qualified leads per month

Tele sales Representative Requirements:

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Creative thinking skills.

·        The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

·        Good sales ability.

·        Working knowledge of relevant computer software.

·        Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
