Operations Executive

Responsibility

1.     Manage all client (20-25)

2.     Make shortage report and manage shortage / absenteeism on site.

3.     Make planning of site visit daily/weekly/monthly

4.     Responsible for all sites on time attendance collection, bill delivery and payment collection.

5.     Outstanding recovery

6.     Site visit report

7.     Manage site escalation.

8.     Give training to on site.

9.     Arrange manpower on time & Manpower joining formality

Criteria

1.     Qualification = Min-12th Pass

2.     3 to 6 Years years of experience in operations

3.     Experience of handling 10 to 20 sites

4.     Should be good in Marathi, Hindi, English language

5.     MS-Office, Good in Excel, Outlook

6.     Team coordination

7.     Material, Machinery knowledge 

8.     Housekeeping & Security Guard training

9.     Manpower management

10. Sort manpower shortage

11. Should have strong manpower requirement network and have reliever backup
