What Youโll Do:
- Client Onboarding: Handle Facebook and Shopify account setup, including pixel connection and asset allocation to Performance Marketers and Media Buyers.
- Daily Client Communication: Conduct daily calls with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Internal Coordination: Communicate client updates and requirements to Project Managers and Performance Marketers.
- Training: Provide Basecamp training to clients for smooth collaboration.
- Project Monitoring: Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables by coordinating with internal teams.
- Reporting: Prepare and share regular reports with clients on campaign performance and project updates.
Weโre Looking For:
- 1โ2 years of experience in client coordination, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads, Shopify, and pixel setup.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
