Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a passionate, learning-driven female Digital Marketer who is confident with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). If you’ve handled campaigns, analyzed performance, and are excited to work in a fast-paced agency—this is for you.

Your Skills Should Include:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (even if through internships or freelance projects)
• Strong analytical & reporting skills
• Basic understanding of audience targeting, ad creatives & performance metrics
• Willingness to learn Google Ads (bonus point if you know it already)

What You'll Do:

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta campaigns
• Work closely with our creative & strategy team
• Analyze ad performance and suggest improvements
• Learn fast and take ownership of campaigns

Preferred:

• Female candidates
• Prior agency or D2C brand experience
• Comfortable working from our Surat office
