AdMagic is looking for a Client Coordinator to join our dynamic team! If you excel in client communication, project coordination, and ensuring seamless onboarding, this role is for you.

📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat

💼 Role: Full-Time

💰 Salary: upto 27k

What You’ll Do:

✅ Manage client onboarding (Facebook & Shopify setup, pixel connection, asset allocation)

✅ Conduct daily client calls for updates & feedback

✅ Coordinate with Project Managers & Performance Marketers

✅ Provide Basecamp training for smooth collaboration

✅ Monitor project execution & ensure timely delivery

✅ Prepare reports on campaign performance & project updates

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 1–2 years of experience in client coordination or account management

🔹 Excellent communication & organizational skills

🔹 Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, Shopify & pixel setup

🔹 Familiarity with project management tools (Basecamp is a plus)

🔹 Ability to multitask & manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
