Job Overview


We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team at Adisesh Projects. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate projects, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining good relationships with customers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant sales tools
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell Adisesh Projects' real estate projects to potential buyers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, and online platforms
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and organize property viewings
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement
